October 24, 2013 – Crews install the 20 ft milk bottle that once adorned the top of the old Reed Dairy factory in South Memphis at the Children’s Museum of Memphis. The bottle served as a famous landmark in the area decades. The museum purchased the bottle to add to their new exhibit, Milk Jug Barn, which opens in November. Children visiting the museum will get to go inside the bottle where they will be able to interact with a robotic cow that can simulate milking. (Kyle Kurlick/Special to The Commercial Appeal)
